GLP-1 Telehealth Cancellation Index 2026

Which GLP-1 telehealth providers actually let you cancel anytime — versus lock you into a membership, multi-month prepay, or contract. Cancellation, commitment, and refund terms compared across the providers we track, with a downloadable dataset.

This cancellation investigation is part of Weight Loss Rankings' living editorial database — 560+ clinically-reviewed GLP-1 telehealth providers, with their cancellation, commitment, and refund terms pulled from each provider's own site and refreshed as our dataset changes.

The advertised monthly price is only half the story. Two GLP-1 programs can quote the same headline number, but one is genuinely month-to-month while the other quietly locks you into a membership fee, a multi-month prepay, or a contract with a remaining-balance charge if you leave early. That fine print is where a “cheap” plan turns expensive — and it is the single most common surprise readers ask us about after they sign up.

This index puts hard numbers on it. Across the 248 providers in our directory that disclose their terms, we record one thing for each: can you cancel anytime, what is the minimum commitment, what is the refund policy, and is there an early-termination fee. Of the 134 with clearly stated terms, 125 (93%) let you walk away anytime, while 83 require a membership, prepay, or contract. The data updates every time we re-verify a provider.[1]

The takeaway is that the market splits cleanly into two camps. The larger, consumer-friendlier camp is month-to-month: 165 providers let you cancel whenever you like. The smaller camp attaches strings — a recurring membership fee billed separately from the medication, a discounted rate that only applies if you prepay three, six, or twelve months up front, or an explicit contract with a balance owed on early exit (1 providers).[2]

Providers you can cancel anytime

These providers state, in their own terms, that you can cancel anytime with no minimum commitment — the reader-friendly end of the market. Always confirm on the provider's current terms page, since policies change:

Providers that lock you in

Methodology

Every entry in this index is taken from the public-facing terms, pricing, or FAQ pages of the named provider, captured during our editorial verification of that provider. We record four fields: whether the provider states you can cancel anytime, the minimum commitment before penalty-free cancellation, the refund policy, and whether an early-termination or remaining-balance fee applies.

We only report what a provider's own materials state. Where a term is not disclosed, we mark it unclear or not stated rather than guessing — so a provider absent from the cancel-anytime list has not necessarily locked you in; it may simply not publish the term. A discounted multi-month prepay that is optional (a month-to-month plan is also offered) is recorded as no commitment; a required minimum term is recorded as a commitment. The “data as of” stamp at the top of the page reflects the most recent verification across the dataset. Confirm the current terms on the provider's own site before you sign up, since policies change.[3]

Statistical notes

  • Each provider is weighted equally; the index counts providers, not customers. 'Unclear'/'not stated' is a real, counted value — never a guess.
  • An optional multi-month prepay (with a month-to-month plan also offered) is recorded as no commitment; a required minimum term is recorded as a commitment.
  • Coverage: the US telehealth providers in our verified directory that disclose cancellation terms — not in-person clinics.
  • Questions or corrections: see our contact page (/contact) and methodology (/methodology).

Frequently Asked Questions

Across the 248 US GLP-1 telehealth providers we track that disclose their terms, 125 state you can cancel anytime with no minimum commitment (93% of those with clearly stated terms). Examples and the full list are in the cancellation index above, updated live as we re-verify providers. Always confirm on the provider's current terms page before signing up.
Some do. Of the providers we track, 83 require a minimum commitment — most commonly a separate membership fee, a discounted multi-month prepay, or a fixed contract term — and 1 charge a remaining-balance or early-termination fee to leave early. Many others are month-to-month. The lowest advertised monthly price is often a multi-month prepay rather than a cancel-anytime rate, so read the commitment terms before you start.
Refund policies vary widely and most providers do not refund medication once it has shipped, since compounded drugs are patient-specific. Some refund your payment if a clinician finds you ineligible before anything ships, and a few advertise a satisfaction or money-back guarantee. The refund column in the index above records each provider's stated policy; confirm the current terms on the provider's own site.
The index regenerates from our provider database on every site build, and each provider carries verification metadata showing when it was last checked. As we re-verify providers or add new ones, their cancellation terms flow into the index and the downloadable CSV/JSON automatically.

GLP-1 Price Transparency Index 2026

We checked what every open GLP-1 telehealth program's advertised monthly figure actually covers. 309 of 553 advertise a price that is not the amount you pay — an entry tier, a first-month rate that rises, a multi-month prepay, a membership that excludes the drug, or a 'month' that is not a calendar month. Each one quoted from the provider's own wording.
