Luvo Health: a fully public price list, billed every four weeks

Luvo Health is a six-program telehealth storefront. Weight Loss, Microdosing, Longevity, Skincare, Hormone Replacement and Testosterone all sell from one pricing page, and this review covers the weight-loss side. Every medication has a printed four-week price, and you can read all of it before the site asks you a single question. Watch the billing unit. Luvo bills per four weeks, not per month, so a year on the standard plan is thirteen charges rather than twelve.

Luvo isn't the prescriber. Its Terms say the company "does not practice medicine"; consultations, prescriptions and fulfillment come from independent clinical partners, OpenLoop Healthcare Partners among them. What you buy from Luvo is the bundle at one price.

How the pricing works, and what to watch

The pricing page now shows one card per program with a four-week price range, and each medication page carries its own four-week price and first-cycle discount. The Weight Loss card mentions plans "from 4 to 24 weeks" but prices only the four-week plan.

• Compounded [semaglutide](/drugs/semaglutide) injection: $209 per four weeks, with the first four weeks at half price.
• Compounded semaglutide tablets: $259 per four weeks, a daily pill instead of a weekly shot.
• Compounded [tirzepatide](/drugs/tirzepatide) injection: $249 per four weeks.
• Microdosing (semaglutide injection, semaglutide tablets or tirzepatide): $179 per four weeks, $99 for the first cycle.
• Brand [Ozempic](/drugs/ozempic): $1,299 per four weeks.
• Brand [Zepbound](/drugs/zepbound): $1,399 per four weeks.

The half-price first cycle is now the main discount. The 12-, 24- and 52-week prepay blocks Luvo listed earlier no longer appear on its pricing or medication pages, and the pricing FAQ says you pay the standard price "billed every 28 days" after the first cycle. Against a category median of about $179 a month, the $209 semaglutide injection sits above the middle, and more so once you remember it buys four weeks, not a calendar month. The $179 microdosing rate is the cheapest standing price on the site.

How we get the market median: $179 is the middle value of each program's lowest listed ongoing monthly price for compounded semaglutide (month to month, not a first-month promo, a prepaid plan or a price with a membership on top), across the 114 programs that publish one.

Watch the "from" numbers in the intake. The program selector quotes the half-price first cycle, not what you pay from the second delivery on, so read the full four-week price on each medication page before you start.

The subscription covers a "Comprehensive clinical evaluation," a clinician-guided plan, "Access to prescription weight-loss medications when appropriate," provider messaging, dose adjustments and "Pharmacy fulfillment and delivery." There is no membership fee on top and no insurance route. The Terms call the service cash-pay and say Luvo doesn't submit insurance claims; HSA and FSA cards are accepted "if available for your plan."

The medications: two molecules, three forms, two brand pens

The compounded lineup is semaglutide as a weekly injection or a daily tablet, and tirzepatide as a weekly injection. The brand pens are Ozempic and Zepbound at roughly five times the compounded price. Luvo does not sell Wegovy or Mounjaro, and it doesn't offer a tirzepatide tablet. The site labels its compounded products as prepared by licensed pharmacies and "not FDA-approved."

Luvo does not publish a dose ladder. Every medication page says dosing is "individualized and adjusted over time," injections are "typically once weekly," and the tablet is "taken orally once daily." Nothing tells you whether a first semaglutide shipment is the 0.25 mg starter dose or where the ladder tops out. Luvo also doesn't say anywhere that the price stays the same at every dose, so confirm that with the clinician before you titrate up.

Next door sits a separate Microdosing program: the same molecules at "low doses, kept low," never "titrated up to a full dose." It runs $179 per four weeks for any of the three medications, with the first cycle at $99. If your goal is holding a weight you've already reached, read that tab instead.

What signing up asks of you

The intake runs on a separate subdomain. It opens with a program selector showing a "from" price per four-week plan, with Skincare, Hormone Replacement and Testosterone marked "Coming soon." Choosing Weight Loss goes straight to the first question, your sex assigned at birth, and nothing further is visible without handing over personal details. The price never depends on the quiz, though. It's on the pricing page before you start.

Payment timing is the thing to understand before you begin. The refund policy says your subscription "begins once you have completed the intake form, at which time you will be charged for the first month." The clinician review comes after that charge, not before. If a provider disqualifies you "prior to medication being ordered, you will receive a full refund," and the FAQ adds that you "won't be charged for prescription medication" if you're not eligible. So the money leaves first and comes back if you're turned down.

The refund window can be zero. For new patients, "medication is generally considered ordered upon submission of the intake form if no live video visit is required." Whether a video visit is required depends on your state; the medication pages say treatment follows "a visit if required by your state." Once medication counts as ordered, that cycle is not refundable. Bundle refunds are recalculated at "the standard, non-bundled monthly retail price," so any longer-plan discount is clawed back if you leave early.

Refills ride on the subscription, which the FAQ describes as "ongoing care and refills," and you can ask to change your refill cadence from your account. Canceling takes 72 hours' notice before the next billing date, and the Terms warn that renewals "may be processed up to two (2) days early." Delivery has no promised window: "timelines vary by pharmacy processing and your location."

Trust and safety: what's on the page and what isn't

The LegitScript seal in the footer links to LegitScript's own checker for the Luvo domain. The Terms name four fulfilling pharmacies with street addresses: Red Rock Compounding Pharmacy in St. George, Utah, Health Warehouse in Florence, Kentucky, Precision Medicine in Bellmore, New York, and Triad Rx in Daphne, Alabama. Which one fills your order is disclosed on the order confirmation, not before. Care "may be provided by nurse practitioners or physician assistants," per the telehealth consent. What is not published: any clinician's name, a dose ladder, a delivery window, and a state-by-state list. The Terms say Luvo is "Currently offering services in all 50 states plus Washington D.C." and immediately add that "Some services may not be available" everywhere; the FAQ says you'll learn your own state's availability during onboarding.

Who should choose Luvo, and who should skip it

Choose Luvo if you want every option priced before answering a question: compounded and brand, injection and tablet, full-dose and microdosing. The half-price first cycle lowers the cost of trying it, and the named pharmacies beat the many sites that never say who fills the vial.

Skip it if you want to know who your clinician is before you pay, if you want a monthly bill instead of a 4-week one, or if you want Wegovy or Mounjaro by name. Skip it too if a refund after intake matters to you and you live in a state where no video visit is required, because that is exactly the case where the refund window closes the moment you submit the form.

Luvo pairs transparency about price with a strict policy about money. Read the four-week price, not the first-cycle one, decide before the intake, and treat the first charge as final.
