Every sign-up button leads to a waitlist that promises to tell you the day it opens. If you need compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide this month, you'll have to look elsewhere. The rest of this review explains what Welling says the new model will look like, so you can decide whether it's worth waiting for.
What changed
The old Welling offer is gone: it used to charge one flat monthly rate for medication at any dose, with meal-logging streak discounts and an all-in bundle. That pricing page now redirects to the membership page. The new pitch is "Medicine, at direct cost": a membership for access to clinicians, plus medication sold at what the pharmacy charges. Anyone who signed up under the old flat-rate terms should expect a different structure going forward.
How the new pricing is meant to work
Welling posts a full medication price sheet, which is unusual for a clinic that isn't open. Compounded semaglutide starts at $94 a month and compounded tirzepatide at $135, both at the starting dose. Those figures cover the medication and its shipping only. If your clinician raises your dose, the price follows the pharmacy's cost for that dose, so it will climb as you titrate.
On top of the drug, you'll owe two things Welling hasn't priced yet. The first is a required membership, and the second is a per-visit fee, since its terms bill each prescription visit separately from the membership. Until both numbers are public, there's no way to know your real monthly total. That's why we don't show a headline price for Welling right now.

What still counts in its favor
Welling is more open about itself than most clinics in this space. It names its legal entity, Welling PLLC, a Washington professional limited liability company based in Tacoma. Its telehealth consent names the partner medical practices involved in care. It says its compounded medicines come from a US-licensed 503A pharmacy, and it states plainly that compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. The site also lists a LegitScript certification, its refund and cancellation terms are written in plain language, and support is published by phone and email.
The refund window is short, though. Membership fees are refundable only within 14 days, and only before your first visit, lab or medication order. After that, you can cancel anytime to stop renewal, and you keep access through the paid period. The free Welling app is usable today, member or not, and it reads data from 300+ wearables plus your lab results.
What we can't tell you yet
Several things a buyer needs are still unknown. The membership price isn't published, neither is the per-visit fee, and Welling no longer posts a list of the states it serves. And because no intake is open, nobody can see how fast reviews happen or how long shipping takes under the new model. Treat any total you estimate today as a guess until enrollment opens.
Our take: worth watching, not ready to recommend
Welling's direct-cost idea is interesting, and its posted starting-dose drug prices are low, but a medication price is only one piece of the bill. Without the membership price, the visit fee or an open intake, there's nothing to compare against other providers yet.
