How the pricing works

Injections or a tablet: an unusually flexible menu

YOURx offers both drugs in both formats. You can get semaglutide or tirzepatide as a weekly injection, or as a rapid-dissolve oral tablet (the "RDT" product) if needles are a dealbreaker. That four-way choice is broader than the typical compounded platform, which usually pushes one molecule in one format. The oral tablets are also the cheapest way in. Where YOURx has improved, and where it still falls short

Several earlier gaps have closed: pricing used to sit behind a portal sign-up and is now published on the treatments page. The footer now names the operator, YOURx Health LLC, with a Beaumont street address. The pages carry a LegitScript seal issued for YOURx Health's website. The FAQ also says it serves 49 states, every one except Mississippi.

YOURx still doesn't name the pharmacy that compounds and ships your medication, saying only that fulfillment details come with your treatment. A different option is Longevity Meds, which lists its three 503A pharmacies with addresses and phone numbers and charges one price at every dose. Worth knowing: its payment policy sets a three-month term. The posted support hours also disagree, with an 8 am start in the FAQ and 9 am in the footer. Refund terms are firm: dispensed medication can't be returned, and orders can't be canceled once the pharmacy begins fulfillment.

Who should use it, and who should skip it

YOURx makes sense if your priorities are a low, predictable self-pay price and the freedom to choose between an injection and an oral tablet. It also suits anyone outside Mississippi who wants a published price before the intake. Be ready to ask which pharmacy fills your prescription, because the site won't tell you up front.

Skip it if you need to use insurance, since it is self-pay only. Skip it too if a named compounding pharmacy is non-negotiable for you.
