Budget for it as a separate cost until Ivologist tells you otherwise, and ask the question directly before you book.

Who should choose it — and who should skip it

Choose Ivologist if you want a cheap, low-commitment first month on compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, or if the three-month prepay's finite shape appeals more than an open-ended plan — and if you're comfortable doing a little homework, asking about the pharmacy and the deposit, to make up for what the site doesn't volunteer. It suits the self-directed patient who knows what they want.

Skip it if you need brand-name Wegovy or Zepbound, if you want an oral option, if heavy clinical hand-holding and frequent check-ins are important to you, or if you simply won't do business with a company that won't name itself. Those are reasonable lines to draw, and providers that disclose their corporate identity and compounding pharmacy will serve cautious patients better.

Trust and safety

The asterisks are the anonymous corporate footprint, the undisclosed pharmacy, a booking deposit whose role isn't spelled out, and the fact that the flat pay-once structure the brand was known for is now the alternative rather than the default. Confirm those before you pay, and the money side holds up well.
