That per-month figure hides how you pay, though, because there is no month-to-month option. You prepay the full plan at checkout, and it renews faster than the name suggests. If you're comfortable paying a quarter up front and you don't need hand-holding, it's a strong value. If you want to try a provider one month at a time, this isn't it.

How the pricing works: prepaid, and renewing every 11 weeks

The semaglutide plan is $399 charged at checkout, and the tirzepatide plan is $499. Both renew automatically at the same price every 11 weeks, not every three months. Each plan lists the medication itself if you're approved, provider messaging, and syringes with needles plus injection instructions. That last detail is the kind of thing first-time injectors get blindsided by elsewhere, so seeing it itemized is reassuring.

HelloWellness deals exclusively in compounded GLP-1s, not the brand-name pens. Compounded versions are mixed by a pharmacy rather than manufactured by the original drugmaker, which is how the price drops this low. Compounded medications don't carry the same FDA approval as the brand product, and quality hinges on the pharmacy doing the mixing. Here HelloWellness does better than many budget peers, because its terms name AP Max, Inc. d/b/a Southend Pharmacy as its prescription fulfillment partner.

The differentiator, and the gaps that remain

HelloWellness differs most from its peers in its positioning as a men's longevity brand. The site frames the whole experience around performance and being "a better father, husband, leader," and the GLP-1 protocols sit alongside NAD+ and sermorelin. If that framing resonates with you, the experience is built to speak your language. The medical substance is the same compounded GLP-1 therapy you'd get from a more clinical-looking competitor. The longevity wrapper is branding, not a different treatment.

Disclosure has improved: the terms name the operator, HelloWellness, LLC, in Texas, and a support phone line is published. A few soft spots remain:

• Checkout lists 40 states plus DC, so California, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey and six other states are left out.
• Its LegitScript seal is issued for a related HelloWellness site, not the store where you buy.
• The tirzepatide product card labels the 3-month price as a monthly one, which is easy to misread.

Skip it if you want to try a provider month-to-month before committing. Skip it too if you live in one of the states missing from checkout, or if paying before any health questions makes you uneasy. People who want lab work as part of the program will be more comfortable elsewhere.

Trust and safety: clean on warnings, clearer on disclosure

There are no FDA warning letters on file for HelloWellness. The company now names its legal entity and its pharmacy, and it publishes a phone number and an email for support. The refund rules are written down in a public policy rather than buried in the checkout fine print. Trustpilot shows a 4.6 rating, but from only about 39 reviews, so it says little yet. The weak points are the related-domain LegitScript seal and the fine print on renewals.

Bottom line

HelloWellness is a cheap way to start compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, with syringes and provider messaging included and a named pharmacy behind it. The price is real, but you prepay the plan before any intake, and renewals arrive every 11 weeks, so the true monthly cost runs higher than the headline. For a confident, budget-focused patient that's an acceptable trade, while anyone who wants month-to-month flexibility should look elsewhere first.
