Skip it if your budget depends on the lower cost of compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, because that isn't on the menu here. Skip it too if you live outside its footprint. The practice is licensed in just seven states: Texas, Florida, New York, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and Kansas.
