Heva Health: a GLP-1 plan inside a lab-driven longevity platform

Most compounded-GLP-1 sellers do one thing: they ship you the medication and leave the rest to you. Heva Health is built on a different premise. It sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide alongside brand-name care plans, an 88+ biomarker lab panel and an optional hormone track (HRT/TRT). It pitches itself as a concierge longevity platform rather than a one-product weight-loss shop. If you want bloodwork and a fuller picture of your health alongside the shots, that bundling is the main appeal. If you just want the cheapest possible vial, Heva is no longer priced for you.

What the compounded plans cost

Month-to-month compounded semaglutide is $199 a month (excludes some costs), and tirzepatide is $399. Both hold the same price at every dose, so titrating up doesn't raise your bill. Longer programs cut the rate, billed as three or six monthly payments. On the 6-month program, semaglutide drops to $174 and tirzepatide to $299. Even so, the month-to-month semaglutide price sits above the category median of $179, and tirzepatide sits well above most compounded competitors.

Heva's FAQ says treatment plans include the medication, any necessary labs, provider review with dose adjustments, and free shipping. Two pricing details deserve a careful read. The home-page FAQ still advertises plans from $149 a month, which no product page matches. And at checkout the month-to-month plan shows as a one-time charge, while the product page says billed monthly. Confirm the recurring terms on the order screen before you pay.

Compounded or brand-name

Heva now covers both routes. Its compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide come mixed with B12 and glycine. Compounded means pharmacy-mixed versions of the active ingredient, not the FDA-approved branded pens. One limit: Heva can't dispense compounded tirzepatide in Alaska, Arkansas, Indiana or South Carolina.

For brand-name medication, Heva offers Zepbound, Wegovy and Foundayo care plans at $99 a month. That fee covers medical care only. The drug itself is billed and shipped separately by LillyDirect or NovoCare, so your total is the $99 plus the manufacturer's price. Heva is cash-pay and HSA/FSA eligible, and it can provide a superbill.

Heva doesn't name the pharmacies that compound its medication. Its terms point to a pharmacy network run by its platform partner, Bask Health. With compounded GLP-1s, the dispensing pharmacy's credentials are a meaningful safety signal. If a named pharmacy matters more to you, FORM discloses its compounding partner and adds dissolving tablets to its compounded and brand-name plans, but its support is email only.

Bloodwork and hormones in the same place

Heva's 88+ biomarker assessment, a one-time $349 service, is far more than the bare metabolic check most GLP-1 startups run. Pair it with optional hormone optimization and the service starts to look like an integrated longevity stack, not a single-drug subscription. Some patients think about testosterone, thyroid, lipids and metabolic markers as one connected project. For them, one platform with provider review and dose adjustments built in is a convenient model.

• You'll likely get the most from it if: you want broad lab testing, you're interested in hormone care alongside weight loss, you want a cash program, and you prefer one platform for the whole stack.
• You should probably skip it if: you want the lowest monthly price, you want compounded tirzepatide in one of the four excluded states, or you want to know exactly which pharmacy fills your prescription.

Trust and oversight: certified, with a named operator

On the positive side, Heva displays a LegitScript seal issued for its own domain. LegitScript is a recognized third-party vetting program for online pharmacies and telehealth. Its terms name the operator, Heva Health LLC, and the medical group, Beluga Health, P.A. There are no FDA warning letters on file for Heva. The cancellation policy is simple: the FAQ says you can cancel from the member portal with no fees. If a provider finds you unsuitable before fulfillment, you get a full program refund.

There are still caveats. The star ratings on the site are Heva's own, with no independent review profile linked. When in-person care and a long track record are your priorities, Livea has run physician-supervised clinics in Minnesota since 2011, with body-composition scans and dietitian support, but its telehealth reaches only a few states. Full-service care is listed in 12 states, while direct access is described as nationwide. The site also doesn't say whether remaining payments are owed if you leave a 3- or 6-month program early. Bottom line

Heva Health is a reasonable pick for one specific kind of patient: someone who wants GLP-1 treatment as part of a broader, lab-driven longevity program. Compounded and brand-name options, bloodwork and hormones sit under one roof, with flat pricing at every dose. The price is the trade-off. At $199 a month (excludes some costs) for semaglutide and $399 for tirzepatide month to month, it is not a budget option. Check the order screen for the recurring charge, and ask who fills your prescription before you pay.
