Canceling and refunds

This is where Signos+ is strict, and canceling during a 3- or 6-month term may trigger an early cancellation fee, and Signos doesn't publish the amount. All sales are final, and CGM devices can't be returned once shipped. Cancellation requests must arrive at least 72 hours before your billing date to stop the next charge. The one clear protection is that you get a full refund if a clinician declines GLP-1 treatment. That matters, because Signos's own checkout copy says your card is charged to reserve the order before the medical intake.

The medication: compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide

Signos+ now offers both compounded semaglutide, the active ingredient in Wegovy and Ozempic, and compounded tirzepatide, the molecule in Zepbound. Signos is, at its core, a metabolic-health company built around continuous glucose monitoring, and the GLP-1 medication is layered on top of that, not the other way around. But be clear-eyed about the gaps. At $199 a month with the CGM included, the bundle is fairly priced for what it is. It's not the cheapest option, though, and it asks for a 3- or 6-month commitment with a possible early cancellation fee, and the pharmacy goes unnamed. If the glucose-guided angle speaks to you, few programs do it better.
