A low score here is mostly a measure of what a program does not tell you. The 25 lowest-scored programs publish an average of 3 of 5 basic disclosures. The 25 highest-scored publish 4.2 of 5. Only 3 of the bottom 25 have an FDA warning letter on record.
That is the honest reading, and it is why this page exists. A ranking that only shows its winners is not a ranking. Every row links to the full review, so the scoring can be checked rather than taken on trust. An FDA warning letter is disclosed as a fact about a company — it is not by itself a disqualification.
