Best GLP-1 Providers With No Membership Fee in 2026 — Ranked & Reviewed
Many GLP-1 telehealth programs split the bill in two: a monthly membership for the clinical side, and the medication on top of it. That membership can add more than $100 a month that never shows up in the headline price. Every provider on this list states that it charges no membership fee, and we checked that claim against each GLP-1 price row we hold for it. A provider drops off the list if any of those rows names a required membership, a program fee or a recurring visit fee.

How this list is built
Two tests, both from the provider's own site. First, the provider says it has no membership fee, in a pricing row, its plan description or its feature list. Second, none of its GLP-1 price rows contradicts that: no required membership, care fee or program fee on top of the figure, and no separate recurring visit or consult charge.
No membership fee is not the same as no commitment. Some providers here sell their lowest rates on 3-, 6- or 12-month prepaid plans, and the price column names that basis when it applies. Check the cancellation terms before you pay for more than one month.

How to compare GLP-1 providers with no membership fee
No membership means one price covers the care and the medication. Check that the care is still there and that the single price is competitive.
What to look for
- Who answers your questions. Without a membership, ask how follow-ups and dose changes work, and whether you can reach a clinician between refills.
- Same drug, same plan length. Compare the all-in price with a membership program's medication price plus its membership, for the same molecule and billing period.
- Commitment terms. No membership fee does not mean no commitment. Check whether the lowest rate needs a prepaid plan and how cancellation works.
Red flags to avoid
- No named pharmacy or LegitScript listing. A legitimate compounded-GLP-1 provider names its 503A/503B pharmacy partner and carries LegitScript certification. If neither is disclosed, you can't verify what you're injecting.
- Async-only, no real clinician review. A prescriber should review your intake and be reachable for dose questions. Instant approval with no way to reach a clinician is a safety gap.
- Teaser pricing that hides the real cost. A low 'first month' price that jumps at higher doses, or a membership fee stacked on top of the medication, can double the true monthly total. Confirm the ongoing, all-in price before you pay.
- Weight-loss claims for B12, MIC, or HCG shots. Only GLP-1 injections have trial evidence for weight loss. A clinic selling B12, lipotropic, or HCG shots as a weight-loss treatment is a red flag.

How we rank & what counts as “legit”
Every provider in this ranking is scored against our published six-factor rubric[1] — value, effectiveness, user experience, trust & safety, accessibility, and support.
Brand-name Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic, and Mounjaro are separately FDA-approved under their own NDA numbers[4][5]. Published Phase 3 efficacy for semaglutide 2.4 mg (~14.9% mean weight loss over 68 weeks) comes from the STEP 1 trial[6], and for tirzepatide (~20.9% at the 15 mg dose over 72 weeks) from SURMOUNT-1[7]; the SURMOUNT-5 head-to-head published in 2025 compared the two directly[8].
Insurance coverage for anti-obesity medications varies widely by state Medicaid program and commercial plan[9][10]. Compounded and brand-name GLP-1s are generally FSA/HSA eligible with a prescription under IRS Publication 502[11].
