How we verified this OzielRx review

Last checked August 2026
  • Confirmed current pricing across 2 dose/plan tiers
  • Confirmed what the monthly price does and doesn't include
  • Checked the FDA warning-letter database for enforcement actions
  • Walked the public intake/checkout flow on the provider's site

Pricing, availability, and compliance facts come from the provider's own site and primary regulatory records — see the sources below. Editorial confidence in this data: medium.

What to expect when you sign up with OzielRx

We walked OzielRx’s public signup flow in August 2026 to document the process — the steps, pricing transparency, and what’s required — before you commit. (We don’t create accounts, enter medical information, or check out; this is the observable funnel, not a prescribing outcome.)

  1. 1Pick a plan from the homepage — semaglutide or tirzepatide, one month or three.
  2. 2Select 'Check my eligibility' and complete a short medical assessment.
  3. 3A licensed healthcare professional reviews the assessment.
  4. 4If approved, pay and the prescription is sent for pharmacy fulfillment.
  5. 5Manage the plan from the patient portal.
Price shown before you start
  • Every price is on the homepage before any assessment: $79 and $207 for semaglutide, $129 and $357 for tirzepatide.
  • The assessment is explicitly free and needs no card — 'Free to check · No card needed for the assessment'.
  • The homepage promises 'nothing renews' while the policy text on the same page describes monthly and three-month renewals; that contradiction is unresolved from the public funnel.
  • We stopped at the eligibility assessment and did not create an account or pay.

What we like

  • Among the cheapest compounded GLP-1 pricing we track — $79 for a month of semaglutide, $129 for tirzepatide
  • No membership fee and no consultation fee, stated plainly on the homepage
  • Same price at every dose, so titrating up does not raise the bill
  • Free shipping on every plan, and the eligibility assessment needs no card
  • Full refund if a provider decides treatment is not appropriate, typically within 5 business days

Watch-outs

  • Marketed as a one-time purchase where 'nothing renews', but the site's own policy text describes canceling before the next renewal
  • The three-month price is a single up-front charge, not a lower monthly bill
  • Compounding pharmacies are not named anywhere on the site
  • State availability is not published

OzielRx in one line: near the bottom of the market, with one contradiction to clear up first

OzielRx sells compounded semaglutide at $79 for a month and compounded tirzepatide at $129, with no membership fee, no consultation fee, and the same price at every dose. That is among the cheapest published pricing in our directory. The model is unusually simple: you buy a plan, you get medication, nothing is bolted on. The one thing to sort out before you order is whether it renews — because the site says two different things about that.

How the pricing works — one month or three, paid up front

There are two ways to buy each molecule. Semaglutide is $79 for a single month, or a three-month bundle the site presents as $69 a month. Tirzepatide is $129 for one month, or a three-month bundle presented as $119 a month. The exact bundle totals are in the pricing table above. Read that carefully: the three-month figure is one charge paid up front, not a lower monthly bill. If cash flow matters more to you than the per-month rate, the single-month option is the honest comparison, and even that lands well under the category median of about $169.

What you don't pay for is the good part. OzielRx states plainly that there are no membership fees, no consultation fees, and no price increase when your dose changes — so the maintenance phase costs exactly what the starting phase did. Shipping is free on every plan, and the eligibility assessment itself is free and requires no card. Both plans are shown against struck-through "retail" prices, which is marketing framing rather than a rate anyone pays.

  • Semaglutide: $79 for one month, or $69/mo on the three-month bundle paid up front
  • Tirzepatide: $129 for one month, or $119/mo on the three-month bundle paid up front
  • Not charged: membership, consultation, shipping, or a dose-escalation premium
  • Refund: paid in full if a provider decides treatment isn't appropriate

The contradiction worth resolving before you buy

OzielRx markets every plan as a one-time purchase. The homepage says it three ways: "One-time purchase, no membership fees", "nothing renews", and a footnote stating every plan is a one-time purchase with no subscriptions. But the policy text further down that same page reads: "Monthly plans may be canceled before the next monthly renewal. Three-month plans may be canceled before the next three-month renewal." Renewals you can cancel are, by definition, renewals.

We can't resolve that from the public funnel — you'd have to complete a purchase to see which behavior is real, and we stop at the payment gate. It may be nothing more than boilerplate that was never reconciled with the marketing copy. But the two statements cannot both be true, and the reader's exposure is a charge they were told would never come. Ask before you order, and check your card statement at the one-month mark.

Trust and disclosure

The operating entity is disclosed properly: OzielRx LLC, named in the Terms of Service, which also state the site is a technology platform rather than a medical provider. The compounded disclosure is more forthright than most — the terms say outright that compounded medications "are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality", which is exactly what a reader should be told. We found no FDA warning letters against OzielRx.

The gaps are the usual ones for a young, low-cost operator. No compounding pharmacy is named anywhere, so you cannot look up the facility making your medication. No state list is published. And disputes go to binding arbitration with a class-action waiver, which is standard in this category but worth knowing you have agreed to.

Who should choose OzielRx — and who should walk

Choose it if price is the deciding factor and you want a clean, fee-free structure. At $79 for a month of semaglutide with shipping and the consult included, there is very little between you and the medication, and the free no-card assessment means checking eligibility costs nothing. The flat-at-every-dose promise is the right shape for anyone planning to titrate up.

Skip it if you need a named pharmacy, if you want brand-name products, or if the renewal ambiguity bothers you more than the saving is worth. A provider that tells you "nothing renews" on the same page it explains how to cancel a renewal has not earned full confidence on billing, however good the price is.

Bottom line

OzielRx is one of the cheapest routes to a compounded GLP-1 we track, with an unusually honest compounded-medication disclosure and genuinely no add-on fees. The three-month price is a single up-front charge rather than a lower monthly rate, and the site contradicts itself on whether plans renew at all. Clear that one question up with support before you pay, and the value here is hard to argue with.

For a side-by-side, Call-On-Doc ($75/month) and Sunlight ($88/month) are the most comparable options to weigh against OzielRx.

Price is where OzielRx scores best in our breakdown.
