Best PT-141 Providers in 2026 — Ranked & Reviewed
PT-141 (bremelanotide) is prescribed for low sexual desire and works through the central melanocortin pathway rather than blood flow, which is what distinguishes it from the ED medications it often sits alongside. It requires a prescription. Every provider below prescribes it through a licensed clinician and is scored on the same dimensions as the rest of our catalog.

Detailed Reviews
A note on prices below: any dollar figure in these provider summaries refers to that clinic’s GLP‑1 weight-loss program, not to PT-141. The PT-141 price is the one beside each clinic in the comparison table above, read from that clinic’s own product page. Where it reads “Check pricing”, the clinic prescribes PT-141 but publishes no price for it — you are quoted after the consultation.
Pepti
Best for: the lowest all-in monthly price we have verified on compounded semaglutide, labs included
Pepti is a Delaware-registered telehealth platform selling doctor-prescribed compounded peptides and GLP-1s across 36 states. Injectable semaglutide is $99 a month all-in and tirzepatide $199, each covering medication, physician review, baseline labs, refill management and shipping in a single flat price that does not rise with dose. The catalogue runs to more than 120 products across weight loss, hormones and TRT, recovery, cognitive and skin categories, plus at-home bloodwork. Pepti is a platform, not a prescriber, and does not bill insurance.
Score Breakdown
Pros
- ✓At $99/mo all-in, injectable semaglutide is among the cheapest verified prices in our catalogue.
- ✓States plainly that all doses cost one flat monthly price, so titrating up never raises the bill.
- ✓Publishes a page for each of the 36 states it serves, and the page count matches its claim exactly.
- ✓Names the reviewing physician, Dr. Gene Lee MD, and discloses pepti LLC as the Delaware operating entity.
Cons
- ✗The homepage shows an "FDA Cleared" badge beside peptide therapy, though product pages correctly say compounded drugs are not FDA-approved.
- ✗Neither the 503A nor the 503B compounding pharmacy is named, so you cannot check who dispenses.
- ✗The listed address, a Newark Delaware suite, is a shared registered-agent address rather than a clinical office.
- ✗Cash-pay only with no insurance billing, and the oral formulations jump to $249 and $399 a month.
YourHealthRx
Best for: Science-forward GLP-1 and peptide care, flat-rate dosing, built-in follow-up
YourHealthRx is a scientist-founded peptide and GLP-1 telehealth platform available in all 50 states and DC via a multi-state (IMLC) clinician network. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide come as a weekly injectable (with B12) or a daily oral tablet, at a flat subscription price that doesn't change with your dose - injectable semaglutide ~$170/mo and tirzepatide ~$210/mo ongoing. It also offers a broad peptide catalog plus lab testing. Prescribing runs through partner clinical workflows; compounded meds aren't FDA-approved, the pharmacy isn't named, and no LegitScript is shown.

- ✓Transparent, education-first positioning with published medical disclaimer, privacy, and terms
Cons
- ✗Eligibility and prescribing run through partner clinical workflows - YourHealthRx is the platform, not the prescriber or pharmacy

- ✗Headline prices include a first-month intro rate; ongoing monthly cost is higher (semaglutide ~$170, tirzepatide ~$210)
- ✗No LegitScript certification displayed

- ✗$149/mo brand pricing is the insured entry tier — cash-pay patients should expect higher real costs
- ✗Lab work and dose-titration support not clearly described
- ✗Breadth across 8+ categories signals a broad DTC platform, not a GLP-1 specialist

How to choose a PT-141 provider
PT-141 (bremelanotide) is the one molecule in this category with a real FDA approval — as Vyleesi, for hypoactive sexual desire disorder in premenopausal women. Most telehealth clinics sell a compounded version, often to men, which is off-label use of an approved molecule.
What to look for
- Know whether you are getting Vyleesi or a compound. The approved autoinjector and a compounded vial are not the same product, are not priced the same, and do not carry the same labeling. A clinic should say plainly which one it dispenses.
- On-demand dosing, not daily. PT-141 is taken before anticipated activity, not on a daily schedule. A clinic selling it as a daily regimen has the dosing model wrong.
- Blood-pressure screening. Bremelanotide transiently raises blood pressure and lowers heart rate, and is contraindicated in uncontrolled hypertension or known cardiovascular disease. A clinic that never asks is skipping the main safety check.
Red flags to avoid
- “Research peptides” sold without a prescriber. Vials labelled “for research use only — not for human consumption” are sold outside the drug-approval system entirely, with no verified identity, purity, or sterility. Every peptide in this category is prescription-only in the US; if no licensed clinician is writing a prescription, you are not buying the same product.
- No named 503A or 503B compounding pharmacy. There is no FDA-approved finished product for these peptides, so every legitimate dose comes from a compounding pharmacy. A clinic that will not name the pharmacy it dispenses through is asking you to trust an unverifiable supply chain.
- “FDA-approved” claimed for a compounded peptide. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and saying otherwise is a marketing violation, not a technicality. Some peptides once held an approval for a different indication in a discontinued brand — that is not the same as the compounded product being approved.
- Outcome claims with no trial behind them. Most peptides in this category have mechanistic or early-phase evidence, not randomized outcome trials. A clinic promising a specific fat-loss, muscle, or anti-aging result is selling ahead of the evidence — check our evidence review for the molecule before you commit.
- No baseline labs or follow-up for hormone-axis peptides. Growth-hormone secretagogues raise IGF-1, which is the point and also the thing to monitor. A clinic that never measures it cannot tell whether you are responding or over-dosed.

How we rank & what counts as “legit”
Every provider in this ranking is scored against our published six-factor rubric[1] — value, effectiveness, user experience, trust & safety, accessibility, and support.
Brand-name Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic, and Mounjaro are separately FDA-approved under their own NDA numbers[4][5]. Published Phase 3 efficacy for semaglutide 2.4 mg (~14.9% mean weight loss over 68 weeks) comes from the STEP 1 trial[6], and for tirzepatide (~20.9% at the 15 mg dose over 72 weeks) from SURMOUNT-1[7]; the SURMOUNT-5 head-to-head published in 2025 compared the two directly[8].
Insurance coverage for anti-obesity medications varies widely by state Medicaid program and commercial plan[9][10]. Compounded and brand-name GLP-1s are generally FSA/HSA eligible with a prescription under IRS Publication 502[11].
