What it sells today is mostly brand-name medication, and the offer it puts front and center is the Wegovy pill at $349 a month including provider care. If you want an FDA-approved GLP-1 from a recognizable company, with one predictable price that doesn't climb as your dose goes up, Rex MD is worth a serious look. If you're hunting for the lowest possible number, it isn't your provider.

How the pricing really works

The FAQ points to the manufacturers' own cash prices, Zepbound vials from $349 a month through Eli Lilly and Wegovy at $499 through NovoCare. Who should sign up — and who should skip it

Rex MD fits you well if you want brand-name GLP-1 medication, especially the Wegovy pill if you'd rather not inject, with one monthly bill that stays the same as you titrate. It's a company with a public parent and a recognizable name, it serves all 50 states, and it works entirely online.

Skip it if you're price-sensitive and open to compounded semaglutide; you'll usually pay meaningfully less at a compounding-first provider. Skip it too if you want the injectable pen or Zepbound at an all-in price, since those are priced by brand and dose on top of the program fee. And while nothing about the medicine is gender-specific, the platform is marketed squarely at men, which some prospective patients will find off-putting.
